Week Two 🔔🩷

President

Important Spring quarter dates:

April 11-13: SPRING RETREAT

May 18: P.L.A.Y. DAY

May 31: BANQUET

Senior spotlights start this week during GM!!

Genelle will be kicking us off. I cant wait! As I mentioned last week, it is very important to be present at GM for these senior spotlights. Not only do seniors look forward to having their moment, but the general consensus is that watching these presentations can be very reassuring and helfpul for underclassmen/Baby Belles.

RETREAT IS THIS WEEKEND!

I am SO excited!

As a gentle reminder as you start to pack and prepare: retreat- like all other Belles events- is a completley sober event.

I have eyes and ears everywhere. I wouldnt suggest trying to be sneaky. Think of this weekend as a cleanse, a wholesome bonding opportunity.

Hi Belles!

As a reminder, for meeting attendance credit make sure to fill out the attendance form shown on the projector at GM (and if you come in late, please find me afterwards). Remember that missing GM without filling out the appropriate form (either attendance or non-recurring excused absence, both found in my weekly emails) will result in a penalty. Also, please remember to submit proof to the S25 Event Attendance Tracker after participating in any event for any office. To check your status in fulfilling credit, refer to the S25 Event Completion Sheet.

In addition, please fill out the S25 Recurring Conflict Form if you plan on missing multiple GM’s due to work or school. Additionally, if you plan on going inactive for the winter quarter, please fill out the Spring Inactive Form. Both forms are due by the Sunday of Week 2, Sunday 19th, at 11:59 PM (this is a hard deadline) and can be found in the email I sent out Monday morning regarding GM details and weekly board agendas.
