President

RSVP TO SPRING BANQUET!

Banquet will be on Saturday, May 31st at the Fowler museum on campus. 6-9pm.

Please RSVP by the end of April to the google form linked here.

If you want to run for board, please follow these steps:

  1. Email me, president@bruinbelles.com, by May 14 at noon, to request an application. Please indicate which office you are running for.

  2. Submit your completed application and election card to me via email by May 16th at 5pm. *I will send election card examples and instructions via email when you request an application.

  3. Be present in-person or via zoom (if absolutely necessary) to give a 2 min election speech at week 8 GM, May 19th.

Interested in running for Executive Board for the 2025-2026 academic year?

As a reminder, here are the positions open for election:

  • President (must have already served a full year on board)

  • Secretary

  • Community Outreach Directors (x2)

  • Public Relations Director

  • Fundraising Directors (x2)

  • Social Directors (x2)

  • Women’s Leadership Director

  • Campus Culture Director

  • DEI Director

*Please note: a member can only run for one position. If you are not elected to executive board, you are still eligible to apply to be a Distinguished Belle.

**Please also note: for offices with two members, each candidate must run and be elected independently. Co-directors are not elected as a pair.

Being on Executive Board is a year-long commitment. If you are planning to study abroad for fall, winter, or spring quarter, you will not be able to be a board member. Please consider your other commitments and responsibilities before running for board.

Elections will be held on Monday, May 19th (Week 8). In order to vote, you must be either physically present OR present on the zoom link.

If you are interested in being a Distinguished Belle, applications are distributed and reviewed during the summer 2025 by the new Executive Board. Distinguished Belles are appointed by the Executive Board through application review rather than election.

Hi Belles!

As a reminder, for meeting attendance credit make sure to fill out the attendance form shown on the projector at GM (and if you come in late, please find me afterwards). Remember that missing GM without filling out the appropriate form (either attendance or non-recurring excused absence, both found in my weekly emails) will result in a penalty.
