What is expected from Baby Belles?

• Attend GM meetings (work and class are acceptable excuses for absence).

• Complete Community Outreach Trainings (more information can be found on the CO agenda from week 5)

• Complete your quarterly credit requirements

  • Community Outreach: 3

  • Fundraising: 2

  • Public Relations: 2

  • Social: 1

  • Women’s Leadership: 1

  • DEI: 1

  • Campus Culture: 1

• Attend all-org events:

  • Fall: Belle’s Beginnings, Initiation.

  • Winter: Winter Retreat (big/little reveal), Women’s Leadership Conference (WLC).

  • Spring: P.L.A.Y. Day, Banquet, all-org CO event (TBD).

• Communicate! If you are unable to complete your quarterly credit requirements because of extenuating circumstances, please communicate that to me and the rest of board!

What are Penalties?

I will post a document soon with more details about penalties. For now, all you need to keep in mind is that penalties exist to maintain the integrity of our organization. Baby Belles rarely find themselves with penalties. Please do not be afraid! I just have to tell everyone about penalties now so you can be aware of them.

Penalties are given in the following situations:

• You do not inform Anastasia through the appropriate form if you have to miss a GM.

• Showing up late to an event (more than 10 minutes).

• Not attending an all-org event without an excused absence.

• Dropping out of an event after the sign-up deadline without finding a replacement (unless you are experiencing an extenuating circumstance (at the discretion of board)).

• Not completing quarterly credit requirements.

Penalties reset each quarter EXCEPT for unresolvable penalties.

All penalties given are resolvable EXCEPT for penalties given for missing/ showing up late to an all-org event.

Penalties can be resolved by completing an extra CO event within 4 weeks of notification of your penalty.

Accumulation of 3 penalties may result in dismissal from Belles.
