Please fill out the Fall 2025 Feedback form by 11/28 at 11:59pm. We will be going over feedback in GM during week 10. The form is 100% anonymous. Please be as detailed as possible in your responses. Your answers will help us improve Belles! The form is linked on the homepage of the member site.

BABY BELLES ONLY

During week 9 GM, we will be having elections for IR Director. The IR Director is a Baby Belle who is elected to join the Executive Board to act as a liaison between the Baby Belles and Board. You are essentially like a social director, but for Baby Belles specifically, and without planning the big retreats etc. If you would like to run for IR Director, you must fill out the application linked on the homepage of the member site and create a 1-page election card (examples attached to my email) and email them both to me by Sunday 11/23 at NOON. I will send all Belles an email with the applications and election cards to review. All candidates must then give a 2-3 minute election speech during GM of week 9 (if you cannot attend in person, you can send me a filmed speech). We will then vote during week 9 GM after all speeches have been given. To vote, you must be present in-person OR ON ZOOM (link will be sent out on Sunday). Responsibilities of the IR Director include:

• Attend weekly Board meetings (Most likely will continue to be Monday from 5-6pm after GM).

• Host at least one event per week (or arrange for someone else to host) for Baby Belles exclusively. For example: sunset rec sunbathing session, trip to Getty center, movie night, study session, brunch in Westwood, etc, etc. 

• Create an agenda by Friday at 11:59pm each week.

• Communicate promptly via Email and Slack.

• Respect and maintain the confidentiality of Board operations and discussions.
